These components are generally made into a universal type to be suitable for a certain range of different molds. Mold production is basically a single piece process, with complex shapes that require high requirements for structural strength, stiffness, surface hardness, surface roughness, and machining accuracy. Therefore, mold production requires a high level of technical proficiency. The timely supply and quality of molds directly affect product quality, cost, and new product development.
